Paradosiakon restaurant constitutes one of the best traditional taverns of Corfu and it was established in the ‘30s, in Spilia region, in the Old Town. It is an original tavern with Corfiot flavours and traditional recipes taken from grandma’s drawer, following the traditional way of cookery and using pure fresh ingredients carefully selected. Recommended by the most famous, foreign guidebooks, such as MARCO POLO, GUIDE DE ROUTARD, LET’S GO, while its location creates an ideal atmosphere for a meal at the island, since it is headquartered on one of the most romantic and picturesque pedestrian areas of the island, in Spilia region. Our trademark is the fresh fish and the local meat on grill. Every dish is served with special care and respect to the customer in spite of the times. Our kitchen is open to the visitor, who may watch Mrs. Elpida preparing her Corfiot recipes with artistry, such as sofrito, pastitsada, burdeto, musaka!
