We propose to you a free Tour of the olive oil mill, every day from 09:30 to 16:00 (Sunday by appointment only). We will learn you about the Manufacturing process of Olive Oil, which is the key to have The Extra Virgin Juice. Then you can Taste in our tasting room to understand why olive oil is so importand to the Famous Cretan Diet and what makes it so unique. You’ll also find out how the Olive Oil Extraction is perfomed and the Cretan culture realated to it. By this Tour, you can extended by discovering our Traditional village Avdou, with its beautiful flowered roads and its Church since 8th century.
