With a long life course intertwined with the island, Kazarma returned to Gialos last year with a totally updated style and concept reminding of a European bistrot. All day hangout, right on the sea front, with a privileged view, travels us from the morning with a well catered menu (you should try grandma's "strapatsada" or "Maria's meatballs"), also fresh fish (including red mullets), cod with black "skordalia" (traditional Greek dip), porchetta (slowly roasted pork), while the windows are full of traditional dishes, exceptional cheeses and cold cut varieties, that promise us tasteful... indiscretions throughout the day! In any case, there isn't anyone who can resist the inspired recipes of the talented chef are already very popular, such as urchin salad, ink risotto as well as lamb cooked with fennel seeds.
