It is with great pleasure that we announce the hotel’s new collaboration with the famous Michelin-starred chef, Tasos Mantis, who will be supervising the menu of both the hotel and Zoga restaurant. The renowned chef has been committed to terms such as “sustainability”, “botanical cuisine” and “from farm to fork” for years, exalting the rich cultural heritage of the Greek land with a distinct perfection. The famous chef is recognized for his talent, passion, and creativity having made his mark throughout various renowned kitchen spaces of solid restaurants. The menu at the Zoga restaurant has a Greek character utilizing the excellent raw materials of Tinos and other regions of Greece, which can fully satisfy the gastronomic quests of both meat eaters and vegetarians or vegans
