With a special accent on fish and seafood, featuring the unique head-to-tail zero-waste concept. “Vassilenas Blue” in Antiparos is the island outpost of the famous Athenian restaurant “Vassilenas”, selected by the public as Best Restaurant 2022 (Toques d’Or) and awarded the prize for the Best Greek Creative Restaurant by Athinorama every year since 2004. The most historic Greek restaurant (established in Athens in 1920) has now opened an astonishing venue on the waterfront of Chora. We share our modern Greek cuisine and our love for fish, seafood, Greek wine, and relaxed hospitality with a unique view of the bay of Chora. We offer creative Greek cuisine inspired by traditional recipes rendered in a refreshingly modern way. As of this year, we have added breakfast, brunch, light lunch and an evening cocktail bar option to our proposal!
