Hotel Avaton is a property of Prokopis Smyrlis family and is located just 1 kilometre off the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, one of the most important archeologigal sites of the world. Avaton established in 1974. Its name referes to "Avaton" of the Ancient world and means the place where the God Asklipios believers were rest waiting for him to show them the Ηealing, during their sleep. Because of our close connection with Epidaurus Festival, Hotel Avaton, all these years, hosted many important persons of Arts. Visitors in our hotel has the chance to relax in the nature, to visit important historic monuments and also to make short distance excursions to near places and Towns.
