Somana Flo Studio at Mythic Paros is a stunning open-air sanctuary overlooking the Aegean, designed for yoga, mindful movement and holistic well-being. This beautifully crafted 120m² wooden space offers daily Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga and the new "Tone & Sculpt" classes from June - all focused on strength, alignment, and inner connection. We host special Sunset Events combining Movement and Sound to fully unwind while taking in the Best Sunset on Paros Island (Forbes, Conde Nast Traveller). With intimate group sessions and expert guidance, every class feels personal and grounding.
