Eleonas apartments are located in one of the highest parts of Nea Moudania only 150 meters from the wide sandy beach. There are 10 apartments in the building which we offer for rent: on the ground, 1st and 2nd floors. The A category apartments consist of a bedroom with double French bed (except 102 which is 2 single beds together), a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons or 2 sofas. Each apartment is about 40-45 sq. meters with a balcony (10-12 sq. meters) with table and chairs, a nice view of the city and sea or the olive field and hills of the area. There are 2 air conditions and 2 TV in each apartment: 1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom. The B category apartments consist of a bedroom with 2 single beds together (except 104 which is double French bed), a living room-kitchen with 1 sofa plus 1 sliding sofa-bed for 2 persons. Each apartment is about 40 sq. meters with a balcony (10 sq. meters), a nice view of the city and sea with table and chairs. There is 1 air condition and 1 TV in the living room. All apartments have hairdryer, safe box, refrigirator, oven, microvawe oven, electric kettle, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. There is a washing machine, clothes dry hanger, iron and ironing board in the storage room of the building for convenience of our guests free of charge. There is free wi-fi in the apartments. There is a barbeque for communal use and a children's playgound (trampoline, swings for babies and children, see-saws etc.) in the backside of the garden for our guests.
