Pirates taverna in Paleochora, Chania is a "greek cuisine with a pinch" taverna. A local ingrediends and farm-to-table taverna. We create Greek modern cuisine plates, home made smoked food plates, local sea food, our own lamb, goat and sheep plus vegetables from local farmers. Olive oil tastings take place once a week and cooking lessons. Our Chef Rigas Rigopoulos is an awarded chef with many years in the food industry and creates the menu that is always changing according to period. Great sweets by our pastry chef Karima is also changing every day.
