The "Gyros of Paxos"- A magical journey of flavours! Owned by a family whose tradition is good quality food, the new grillhouse restaurant The Gyros of Paxos is now open. It is located right across the church on the central square of Gaios. Recently renovated and decorated in a way that combines traditional and modern elements, it serves delicious appetizers, salads and grilled meat dishes ,like souvlaki, steaks, ribs, kebab and homemade burgers, all cooked by the owner's mother. You can also enjoy handmade gyros, souvlaki wrapped in fresh pita and the delicious yiaoutrlou, which is another specialty. Visitors are offered a fantastic view of the Island of St.Nicholas while they dine, and each member of the experienced staff is there to attend upon you, whether you speak Greek, English or Italian. Furthermore, as the company respects their friends with mobility problems, the restroom incorporates features to cater the disabled.
