All houses are fully equipped and furnished in a modern style, they offer a private balcony or terrace with an outdoor hot tub, located either on the ground floor or on the first floor. Loukas & Emma houses aiming to become each year more environmentally friendly provide solar systems for water heating and water is collected from cisterns from the winter rainfalls. Two Bedroom & Three Bedroom apartments with outdoor jacuzzi The two bedroom & three bedroom apartments can accommodate either up to 5 or 7 guests accordingly, with the use of the sofa bed at the living room. The feature a one space living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a satellite TV, two or three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All apartments have their private balcony. One Bedroom apartment with outdoor jacuzzi The one sole one bedroom apartment can accommodate either up to 2 or 3 guests with the use of the sofa bed at the living room. The feature a one space living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table and a bedroom with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a hot tub. Mezonette with outdoor jacuzzi The new built mezonette is a lovely two storey house which features a spacious living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. A satellite flat screen TV and a spacious modern bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The second floor has a nice bedroom with a double bed, sofa and a private balcony. The mezonette can accommodate up to 4 guests. Studios with outdoor jacuzzi All the studios are furnished in a modern style and equipped with flat screen Satellite TV and a washing machine. They feature a one space room with a double bed and a sofa/bed, a kitchen with full cooking facilities and a dining table. They also include a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a private terrace. The studios can accommodate up to three guests with the use of the sofa bed.
