Therasia Restaurant explores the fascinating world of contemporary and classic Italian cuisine, through the creative eye of ingenious Greek-Italian chef Ettore Botrini and his talented team, delivering mouth-watering dishes of top-notch gastronomic mentality. However, in this case Italy, and especially the Tuscany region, does not stand alone, as it serves as a reflection of the wealth of the Mediterranean cuisine, many elements of which are included in the menu.
