Our small workshop was designed and built on the ground floor of our residence, combining tradition with modern winery technology. In our stone built underground cellars we provide the best conditions for our wines to age inside selected oak French barrels. In this way, we avoid the use of preservatives or other chemical additives. Our workshop is open to the public only after phone arrangement.
