The villa benefits from its proximity to the neighboring sister villas, granting access to a shared playground equipped with swings, a climbing rope, and a ping-pong table, enhancing the overall recreational experience. For fitness enthusiasts, both an elliptical machine and an electric bike are available. The electric bike is suitable for guests aged 10 and up. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly connects to the indoor dining area, perfect for enjoying family meals and gatherings. The villa accommodates up to 7 guests in total—four in two comfortable bedrooms, two on the spacious living room sofa, and one more on a folding bed available upon request.
