The newly constructed 140m2 villa is spread throughout two floors and accommodates up to 10 guests in its 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The villa is made from natural material like stone and wood of the region and the tied in harmony with the ************** is located in the picturesque village of Asomatos near the famous holiday resort area of Plakias and near many crystal clear south coast beaches like Preveli Palm beach.<br>Epsilon Villa is close to the traditional Taverna of Despina(1km). The food is homemade and the ingredients are homegrown. This facility will accompany your accommodation, if you wish, and although your privacy is our priority we offer the option to socialize, eat, drink and feel Crete all over. The villa is designed to cover the needs of a luxurious stay and offers the necessary equipment, so that you don’t lack anything. The living room features a large corner sofa, a 55’’ Smart 4K TV with many apps such as Netflix and a small table for your needs. Next to the living room you’ll find the a modern fully equipped kitchen which with all necessary appliances for a self catered holiday.<br>This floor also features a bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand-alone shower, air conditioning, open closet, outstanding sea vies and access to the heated pool area. Finally there is a guest WC on this level.<br><br>Ground Floor<br>The ground floor features three bedrooms:<br>- Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, open closet and a shared balcony with sea and mountain view.<br>- Bedroom with a Queen size bed (1,60 x 2,00), ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, open closet and a shared balcony with sea and mountain view<br>- Bedroom with two twin size beds (0,90 x 2,00) that may be converted into a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), Ensuite full bathroom with stand alone shower, Air conditioning, Open Closet and sea view. <br>Finally there is a washing machine on this level.<br><br>Special attention was given to the delight of sleep, by investing in first quality linen of 100% Greek cotton by the company “NEF NEF”and anatomical mattresses of “ISTIKBAL” made of 100% natural materials.<br><br>Outdoor area<br>The outdoor area of the villa is equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:<br>- Α private 25m2 swimming pool (1,50m depth).
