Liotrivi is an old word for the oil mill. In the olive mill the main mechanism was the millstones: Usually cylindrical or more rarely conical stones, one to four, which roll in a circle on a flat surface grinding the olives. We took ideas and flavors from tradition, added our knowledge and love and created a new one space with special proposals.
