Wine Tasting of All the Cretan Varieties. Oinoxoos house offers you an amazing wine tasting experience of all the native varieties of the Cretan vineyard, pairing with traditional food. The visitor of the wine tasting will taste all the Cretan wine varieties through the final product that will reveal the characteristics of the places as well as the personal touches of the winemaker offering a unique result. The guests shall have the chance to taste seven (7) white and three (3) red varieties. In order for the characteristics of the varieties to be fully brought out, they shall be accompanied by individual Cretan dishes, while, at the same time, a full seminar shall be taking place, using the audiovisual equipment. Our journey through the Cretan varieties will be completed in the sweetest way. The visitor shall enjoy the sweet wine of Crete (Liasto (in english: raisined) of the Liatiko grape variety) accompanied by dark chocolate, leaving its bittersweet taste of the end.
