One of Ialysos's most beloved restaurants, Rosemary restaurant has welcomed guests to enjoy its contemporary Greek cuisine, warm hospitality, and unparalleled service in Rhodes for over 6 years running. Our Chefs ever-evolving seasonal menu showcases the restaurant's relationships with local farms and purveyors. A huge portion of the menu is made in house and almost all of it with local ingredients only! Opened in 2019 by restaurateur Petros Petridenas in a nice quiet outdoor seating place just near center of Ialysos and few kilometers from the airport, the restaurant has earned some prestige Awards from online sites and local distinction services of great quality and service, including "Eagles award 2023” here in Greece.
