“Using only Fresh, Seasonal & Local products from Samos island, as much is that possible aiming for Sustainability. The dishes are Creative based on what is available in the daily market. The taste of the vegetables and fruits comes from the slate mountain field. Without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Every morning, we collect the vegetables and fruits then served in the Restaurant.
