Tavern in the centre of the village with traditional local cuisine. Supporting local farmers, cheese producers and small businesses from villages around Sparta, that offer wines, beer, pastas, vegetables, meat and so much more. We cook for our tavern, as we cook for our house. We use herbs from the mountain, eggs from our chickens and offer desserts we make. So do not be surprised from our small menu! It changes everyday, depending on the supplies we have. You will always find something local, traditional and very tasty to eat, from our pan, our grill or our oven!
