The Apelon Tyritas Villas are traditional houses of high standards, fully equipped, self-serviced and the breakfast is not included. Upon your arrival, you will be welcoming with a basket of traditional regional products (Tsakonia eggplant, cookies, scones, homemade jams) and a basket with brown Greek coffee, French, Espresso, Ice coffee, tea, milk servings, sugar. In the refrigerator you will find bottled water, fresh juices, soft drinks and beers. You will also see our big smile and our disposal to serve you. Sit by the pool and enjoy the magnificent views of Livadi bay, which combines astonishingly the mountain with the sea. A painting! The Traditional Houses of Apelon Tiritas Villas They are built in an area of 2500 sq.m on a amphitheatrical hillside at a distance of 100 meters above the sea level in a dominant position, at the foot of the majestic mount of Parnonas, where the beautiful mountain is getting wet by the sea, into the nature of the Arcadian land, in the heart of Tsakonia, 8km. before the Traditional Leonidio, in Livadi settlement and next to the magnificent harbour of Sampatiki. From the very first glance, the visitor gets a glimpse of the ideal fusion of luxury and tradition. Wooden ceilings, stone walls, stone tiled floors, arches, an architecture that exudes a unique sense and also with an equipment fully compatible with technology. Here, the tranquillity and the magic of the countryside will relax you and will refresh you. Here, you will enjoy a casual luxury in an area that will surely catch your attention and in a place that you will remember it for a long time. The complex consists of four individual buildings and each building of two luxury houses of high standard, 60 sq.m each, with living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. Each house has its own indoor parking area at the entrance of the complex. At the lower area of the complex, on the side of the sea, has been created a unique area with a swimming pool, 90 sq.m. All have spectacular views to the small bay of Livadi up to the across cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Ermionida and to the surrounding traditional villages. Fit perfectly into the natural environment with their volume to emit magnificence and majesty. Materials that were used were stone, wood, iron. The nature of Tsakonia gives generously its gifts, with small treasures of lacy beautiful beaches and lush mountains with scattered traditional villages which are waiting for you to explore them. The names of the houses come from the hundreds of wildflowers that grow on the slopes of Parnonas and Tsakonia: Ilianthemo, Lygeria, Astraki, Asperoula, Centauria, Nepeta, Silini.
