We only use the freshest and purest ingredients available: from virgin olive oil of Thassos and pure local honey to the famous olives "Thrumpes" and the authentic herbs of the Greek land, such as oregano and thyme and of course, the best selected meat of the Greek countrysidy: goat, chicken, pork, beef and buffalo. Our cuisine remains loyal to Greek recipes,so the freshest fish and seafood could not be excluded: octopus and squid coming out of the coals, steamed mussels with the aroma of Greek wine and sea, fresh fish mastery cooked.
