Ellen’s history started from the unforgettable, homemade flavours that Daphne, her mother created. These recipes inspired and continue to follow our Elena to this day. In the last 14 years, Ellen made her first visits in exhibitions in Italy, where she started studing in schools such as Carpigiani Gelato University, Cattabriga School – Ice Team 1927 and Valhorna Chocolate School. Every year, she watched and worked in distinguished ice cream companies in order to learn the art in person and familiarize herself with it. The experiences in famous Gelateria in Italy are uncountable. She took each one as a small stone. The important thing is that she managed to receive and put together the puzzle needed so that her company will acquire today’s natural form without losing her childhood memories through the flavor of homemade, pure ice cream.Ellen’s ideology is the protection of good health. Fine raw material are being used, all coming from Greece and the whole world of course.
