Gialos is the result of efforts, hard work and experience of Babis and Alex . The two friends and business partners engaged in catering since 1990 culminating in the efforts to create Gialos in 2004 . Since then Gialos welcomes the people of Thessaloniki and visitors in a beautiful seafront location with consistency and respect . Guests of tavern will delight the taste traditional Greek cuisine , gracious and welcoming service and the Sea. Gialos offers a wide variety of fresh fish of the day and delicious appetizers to accompany tsipouro, ouzo or wine of the company next to the waves of Thermaikos . The purpose of business and personal is the wellbeing of the company, the success of business lunches and pleasure of visitors .
