The name Rediviva represents our philosophy and it means "revived kitchen of the poor". Mediterranean kitchen with simple, "humble" ingredients (whatever nature, the land, the forest, the sea can provide us) but approaching it with creativity and imagination, rejecting fast-food lifestyle and meat overconsumption.
