Handmade Ceramics Hi, I am Chrissa, an architect who fell in love with clay. Every piece you see in my shop is handmade and designed by me, in my studio in Heraklion. I love the ritual of turning mud into works of art, functional and accessible to people in their everyday lives. I create forms with or without a pottery wheel, using my hands, and simple tools. The hand-building techniques I use, help create unique items, each one with its own character.
