This captivating sea-view home lays in 16 acres outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private infinity swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated, saltwater), also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor lounge area. The outdoor area features multiple terraces to unwind and is the perfect location for ice-cold G&Ts, taking in the scenes and watching the sun’s journey sinking into the sea. With bespoke outdoor settings & tableware, it is an ideal holiday escape for those who seek the ultimate private living and an unforgettable holiday experience. The villa is an architectural gem, all building materials (stone & marble) are from Crete and it features meranthi wooden windows. The entire architectural design has been inspired by the landscape and the villa has a matrimonial blend into the breathtaking landscape.
