Built in 1846, Archontiko once traded as an olive oil factory, flower mill and winery. Archontiko Villas is situated in Katastari (Alykes) in the Northeast part of the island of Zakynthos (Zante), which is one of the most fascinating Greek islands in the Ionian Sea. With Warm and Clear blue waters, fantastic child-friendly beaches and Ambrosial forests and blooming plants, no wonder, the popular island or Zakynthos is also known as "Fiore di Levante" or Flower of the East. The outhouses of Archontiko were restored and converted with emphasis on its heritage. The Villas are surrounded by our traditional mansion which is still being used since 1846 as the Voutos famly home. Both the house and the outhouses are protected as a historic monument. The whole complex is a rare jewel and is open from April until end of October. It is truly a place of peace, serenity and steeped in history in which the Voutos family would like you to experience. It is an ideal holiday location for couples and families who are seeking relaxation.
