 This captivating residence lays in 2acres outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features, premium sun-beds & umbrellas. There’s something quite special about this anatolian influenced outdoor settings, rising blooms, private settings, multiple lounge areas, combined with olive trees & the pool glimmering at the center of it all. Sandwiched with beautiful topiary gardens, this charming villa on the edge of Planos is a rural idyll. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. All bedrooms & Living area have access to the pool area. As a bonus, for our younger guests, our homeowner has designed the “only in villa Play-Tent” for endless play & sleep time. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts three bedrooms, a Living-cum lounge area with couch, fully equipped kitchen. With direct access to the iconic pool from the living room area, the mythical villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds and two more guests are welcome to sleep at the couch ( in the living room). The maximum capacity of this villa is 10 guests.
