"Only 300 metres from the sea, 4 x two-bedroom/two bathroom villas set in beautiful gardens around a large swimming pool. All village amenities, shops and restaurants are within very easy walking distance. Kypseli has a fabulous bakery (bread, freshly baked in a wood-fired oven is just something else!), a well stocked, Alladin's Cave of a supermarket/grocery store (if they haven't got it...you don't need it!) an ATM machine, a local butcher (who makes the best sausages...perfect for your bbq!) two cafe snack-bars, a great beach grill/ bar and a choice of 4 excellant tavernas, including two of the best fish tavernas on the island, down on our shoreline and all a short stroll away. Zakynthos has so much to offer...and Kypseli makes the ideal base, perfectly located for exploring this beautiful island. Situated in the middle of the east coast, everywhere is easily accessible, whether that's a trip to the Water Park, the nearby resorts of Tsilivi or Alykes, into the capital town for some cultural sight seeing, head south down to Gerakas to visit the protected Turtle breeding grounds, north for the famous Blue Caves and the mountain villages, or west, up over the hills to the breath-taking and iconic Shipwreck. The colours look photo-shopped, but you'll see for yourselves....the sea really is that blue! What you won't find in Kypseli are Karaoke bars, bingo sessions, wall-to-wall sunbeds & umbrellas, beach vendors etc. but....if you're looking for the unspoilt, authentic Greece , you're in the right place and we can't wait to welcome you to The Olive Tree Villas"
