In 2014, the long-standing Restaurant Alabárdos celebrated the 50th anniversary of its opening, this was the perfect occasion for making the interior become as compliant with the expectations of the modern age in every detail as our cuisine is already. Following a complete refurbishment Alabárdos has re-opened with brand new furniture, fresh and exciting interior design, in the same time maintaining all the values of the medieval building. Working exclusively with ingredients from Hungary, the restaurant has re-written the meaning of the modern Hungarian cuisine.
