Arena Mall, situated just a few minutes from Keleti Station in Budapest, is Hungary’s largest shopping centre and a major attraction in the city. With over 200,000 square metres of retail space it hosts more than 400 shops, a wide variety of restaurants and cafés, a large Tesco super‑market, a pharmacy, and the country’s biggest cinema complex – including a first‑class IMAX auditorium. The mall remains open everyday from 10:00 a.m. (Sunday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.) to 9:00 p.m. (Monday‑Saturday 9:00 p.m.), and offers easy parking from 5:00 a.m. to midnight with a dedicated entrance. Arena Mall is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that will introduce new flagship stores such as CCC, Mohito, Cropp and Reserved, while the food court will receive a complete makeover to become a greener, more lively space for shoppers. These improvements will continue to run through the end of 2025, ensuring a fresh and modern experience for all visitors. During the holiday season, the mall runs a festive promotion called the “Christmas Miracle Box” between December 8 and 21. Shoppers who spend at least 20,000 Ft in any store can upload their purchase receipts to the SPOT app and automatically receive daily prize‑boxes, with a grand prize draw on December 22. This interactive event encourages families and gift‑givers to experience the mall’s vibrant holiday atmosphere.
