About

Downdog Yoga Association was founded in 2012. We believe we are unique and special, as our well-trained instructors hold their classes with heart and soul. We welcome beginners and advanced guests at three locations in Budapest. Downdog Oktogon Studio is located in the city center and provides wide range of inspiring yoga sessions including Hatha, Ashtanga, Dynamic Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga for Women and Spine Yoga. In the studio the yoga classes are available every day of the week. In our yoga sessions, we combine tradition with self-knowledge and body awareness. Based on our belief the wonderful system of yoga is one of the most perfect ways to get to know ourselves, our feelings and abilities more deeply. Several yoga sessions are available in English or in two languages (Hungarian-English). We also provide special programs at the weekends, and welcome foreigners as well. We provide yoga mat, no need to bring your own.
