We use for our special ice-creams glucose as a sweetener. The final result is silky and light dessert ice cream, in which 60% fresh or frozen fruit, concentrated ice cream concentrates, 80-100% (without flavor and dust) are used. We create the classic flavors at the highest level, but our goal is to create our own creations that our customers worship. The most popular flavors are pistachio, gorgonzola, ginger or chocolate fondente ice cream.
