„QUALITY AND TRADITION SINCE 1991” 28 years ago, Fuji opened as the first restaurant in Hungary serving classic Japanese cuisine. It was an instant hit, and has been going strong ever since. Since it's inception, Fuji’s kitchen has always been managed by highly skilled chefs well versed in the ingredients, methods and subtleties of traditional Japanese cuisine. Fuji uses only the freshest, highest quality ingredients in all of our dishes. Most people think of Japanese food as sushi and sashimi. Fuji has a wide selection of these traditional dishes, but there is so much more to this broad and complex cuisine. We invite you to come in and try some of the other amazing creations such as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, ishikari nabe and others. We have an open Sushi bar, as well tables where you can participate in the cooking experience. Traditional tatami rooms are available for a more private dining experience … perfect for business meetings, family gatherings, or a romantic meal.
