Rudas Bistro was born in 2017 from the dream of two old friends, Gergő and Gábor. Our goal was to create a friendly and intimate place that offers stunning views and reimagined Hungarian bistro cuisine. We are proud that every visit to Rudas Bistro is a gastronomic experience. Situated within the historic, nearly 500-year-old Rudas Baths, we aimed to establish a venue that honors the heritage and traditions of this renowned spa. Located at the foot of Gellért Hill, near the Buda end of the Elizabeth Bridge, Rudas Bistro welcomes guests with friendly staff and delicious food.
