Trebien Bistro BP. opened in February 2018. TREBIEN GOURMET BISTRO & WINE combines an inspired menu with a casually sophisticated setting in Vaci street, the most famous pedestrian street of central Budapest. The menu takes its inspiration from traditional Hungarian dishes and influenced by French cuisine in “ old’s cool” style to ensure an exceptional taste and culinary experience for our guests. To experience the real Hungarian taste of life we offer a tasting menu mixed with a modern approach ( sous vide meats, home made food caviars). We would describe ourselves as a prefectionist team which provides the highest quality food and service to our guest, in a welcoming environment. We strongly belive the value to be a family owned restaurant, which works exclusively ingredients produced by local farmers. We offer more than 100 special Hungarian wine selection produced by local wine countries extended by the most popular foreign wines.
