Our hotel - Bistorant Steak House awaits its guests with a new menu. Our new menu focuses on steak. Dishes made of various types of fish, poultry and mangalitsa can also be found on our rich list. A taste of our offer: Argentine Rib eye, Uruguay Bottom Flap, New York strip or Chuck flap and Wagyu Teres Major, Tenderloin or Chateaubriand from Australia/New Zealand. Scottish Angus T-Bone Steak, Lamb Chop from Europe. Steak is prepared on charcoal, thus the meat gets a smoky taste, which reminds us of a pleasant summer barbeque. Everyone can pair up the garnish, sauce or ragout to the different types of meat with an optional herb spread according to their taste, however, our colleagues are glad to make suggestions along with a matching wine.
