Somló – with its wines and atmosphere – is a special place, unique in the whole world. Thanks to the special volcanic soil, the weather and the grape varieties that reproduce them well, wines are made here that cannot be reproduced anywhere else. We want to give our guests as much of this as possible, and a wine tasting in the cellar is an excellent way to do this. We are the longest continuously operating family cellar on the mountain – since 1946. Our wines are featured in dozens of American and European Michelin-starred restaurants, and have consistently won the most prestigious international awards. A wine shop open all year round, a huge wine terrace, a glass-walled event hall and a restaurant – no matter where you sit with a glass of wine, you feel like you are part of the fantastic Somló landscape.
