About
Staying at Tiszavirág feels like visiting a friend’s home. It is a unique place in Hungary where design and tradition meet, both in architecture and gastronomy. The renovation of this cityscape landmark carefully preserved the building's original characteristics, with new sections separated by glass walls from the old. The building is one story high, with a wrought-iron balcony featuring a spiral design, and the staircase railing reflects Renaissance elements. The former hat shop, and later a cobbler's workshop, now operates as a breakfast and coffee area. From the interior terrace, visitors can view the glass-walled open kitchen. The basement level houses a sauna, steam room, and a room with a sea climate feature.
