Two storey large (100m2) apartments On the ground floor a fully equiped kitchen and an eating place, 2 bedrooms for 5 persons, a bathroom, a toilet, a terrace, a free WIFI,a parking place. On the upper storey there are 2 rooms, a kitchen, an eating place, a bathroom, a lavatory, a balcony, an air conditioner, and a free WIFI. The apartment on the upper storey is for renting all the year round. The tennis court can be used from April to November. We expect you with low prices and even more facilities (website hidden). The price of an apartment includes the prices of the facilities. All of the apartments are for 5 persons but 10 persons can even reserve places. For using the air conditioner, WIFI and parking you do not have to pay. Using the tennis court, the jumping boarrd 5m in diameter with all of its accessories, the basketball, the swing, the sandpit, the grill (artificial stone) for 8 persons, the garden furniture, the parasol, the sun-bathing beds, a grassy place 2000 m2 in size can be used gratis. You do not have to pay for the children till the age of three. Pets can be take and you have to pay for them 4 Euros/day. You can order meals or drinks and they can be taken to your place. Checking in is possible from 2 p.m. and checking out till 10 a.m. everyday. We ask you inform us by e-mail if you cannot arrive till 10 in the evening. You can smoke only on the set places outdoors (balcony terrace, garden). It is not allowed inside.The house is situted in a calm environment, but the Lake balaton is only 2.7 kms, the free beach is 5kms, the bob court is 5kms the restaurants are 5kms and a spa is 40 kms far from here.
