Apótekarastofan - Knitting café and a cozy shop in the old town of Blönduós Apótekarastofan will be located at Helgafell, Aðalgata 8, where the district pharmacy used to be housed and is located next to Hótel Blönduós. We offer coffee and cakes, soups, and more in a tranquil environment in the Old Town in Blönduós. We will also have various products for sale that could be suitable for locals and travelers, including walking shoes, clothing, locally sourced food, tableware, and beautifully handcrafted tablecloths. We emphasize on the environment and recycling. Our furniture and tableware are mostly reused. Our hope is to create a cozy atmosphere and ensure our guests' well-being.
