Gröf Horseback riding Iceland is a small family business, run by Susan & Víðir Þór Herbertsson. We provide warm and personal service in our comfortable, modern Lodge The Holy Ram. We offer pre-prepared, four & six days, tours during the summer. Our aim is to offer unforgettable riding tours on good horses in a beautiful landscape – and a bit of luxury during the stay. In our Lodge we have double & singlerooms with private bathrooms, each room has great views and a skylight over your bed. The ‘livingroom’ is a cozy hall where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the glacier. A great outdoor area with again fabulous views to the mountains, sea & the glacier and a hot tub & sauna. In the winter we offer long weekends for non-riders, or riders who like to see their favorite horse in their wintercoat. With of course the possibility of seeing the beautiful Northern Lights at night
