Vagninn is the heart and soul of Flateyri. Vagninn is a restaurant, pub and night time hang out. The summer time schedule is full of events, happenings, stand-ups and concerts. The home of Vagninn is an old building full of history gradually being renovated by new owners a team of designers and film makers with love of the reclaimed and recycled. The interior offers a cosy setting for a night out with subtle colours, french bistro chairs and walls covered with musical paper-rolls of old pianola. The view is beautiful with the fjord, the mountains and the harbour right outside.
