Welcome to Silfurberg – a small new boutique country resort. Silfurberg is beautifully located at the farm Porgrimsstadir in Breiddalur valley in East Iceland, about 45 minutes south of Egilsstadir by car via highway 1, and less than 30 minutes away from Breiddalsvik. Silfurberg offers four deluxe double rooms and a studio apartment located in a newly renovated barn. The rooms are designed with quality and comfort in mind. All our rooms have private bathrooms. Breakfast is included. Free WiFi in public areas. We kindly ask our guests to let us know with at least 24 hours notice if they like to have dinner with us on the night of arrival. We offer a two course predetermined dinner, with a selection between fish or meat as a main course, followed by a home made dessert. Our mission is to offer our guests a comfortable environment and good personal service. SILFURBERG IS OPEN FROM 1 JUNE TO 15 SEPTEMBER.
