The property of Laugavegur 100 was the highest building when it was built in 1942 on this main walking street in Reykjavik city center. Amazing! It has been served as functional and private house ever since. A lot of local neighbors still have warm feelings and memories about the house. The property has been renovated as a family style hotel since 2014. Now it has 18 rooms with dinning service.
