Beautiful villa in Reykjavik Capital area (free parking on premises), by the seaside, with great ocean view and wonderful walking area along the sea. Only a quick 5-10 min drive to Reykjavík city center. Kitchen, dining and living room area with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower, also a guest bathroom, TV room with 75” smart TV. In the backyard is a lovely hot tub. Close by is the famous Sky Lagoon (20 min walk) and also nearby is one of the best heated outdoor/indoor swimming pool with sauna (10 min walk). Location is Everything: Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with a beautiful sea view, in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from Reykjavik city center. The house is very well distributed. It has three bedrooms, all on the same floor. The Master bedroom has a 2x 90x200 cm (2x 35,5x80 inches), the second one has a queen size bed. The last one has a European double size bed 140x200 cm (55,12x80 inches). We also have one foldable guest bed (suitable for 1 adult), a toddler travel bed and a Tripp Trapp baby chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and has induction cooktop. The Laundry room has both a washer and a dryer. The living room has a fire place and a sliding door out to the terrace with a scenic view.
