Cozy and well-located one bedroom apartment in Reyjavik on the ground floor. Within 5 minute walking distance you can find bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and ice cream store. 10 minute drive to city center. The space : Newly renovated apartment. The decor is scandinavian and comfortable. The apartment has one bedroom with queen size bed (160 cm), one bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a good cooking area in the kitchen stocked with everything you may need and a nice living room with TV. Guest access : Guests have access to the whole space. The house is family-friendly. There is a patio available to guests and people who live in the house. Please do not party or smoke in my home, this is a quiet family area.
