FlyOver Iceland
About
A landmark attraction in Reykjavík’s bustling Grandi district, FlyOver Iceland offers an immersive, 35‑minute flight‑simulated adventure that takes visitors on a breathtaking tour of Iceland’s wild landscapes. From sweeping glaciers and volcanic caldera to the towering cliffs of the Arctic Circle, the ride employs 20‑metre spherical screens, wind, mist and scent to create the illusion of soaring above the island. Before the launch guests discover two narrative pre‑shows – a Viking Longhouse experience and the Well of Time installation – that weave Icelandic history and mythology into the experience. The venue also includes a café, event spaces and generous accommodations for groups, making it a versatile destination for families, couples and solo travellers alike.
