Guesthouse Helguhus is located in a quiet and peacful neighborhood of Hafnarfjordur. Hafnarfjordur is on the way to Keflavik international airport and the Blue Lagoon and from there it takes less than ten minutes by taxi to go to the Reykjavik City Center or only 30 minutes by bus. The Hafnarfjordur City Center is less than a ten minute walk from Helguhus and there you can find a variety of restaurants, art galleries, museums, shops and tourist information. The City Center is located by the harbour wich is ideal for late night walks after a nice dinner. A comfortable geothermally heated swimming pool is within a walking distance and is open for outdoor swimming all year round. The rooms in Helguhus are warm and cosy and each can accommodate two to three persons. Helghus also offers accommodation in a fully equipped apartment, which is suitable for max 6 - 7 persons and is an ideal choice for couples and families.The apartment has three bedrooms, one single, one double and one triple bed, a hall with a sofa and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, refrigerator, an electric stove, a coffee machine, microwave oven and a toaster. The toilet / bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
